Scarborough College is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Head of Careers to join our thriving school community. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate careers professional to shape and lead a comprehensive Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, supporting students from Key Stage 2 through to Sixth Form as they explore future pathways, higher education opportunities and career aspirations.

Working closely with senior leaders, staff, parents and a wide network of external organisations, you will play a pivotal role in preparing young people for life beyond school. We are looking for someone who can inspire ambition, build meaningful relationships and provide exceptional guidance that helps every student fulfil their potential.

This is a permanent role, working term time plus four weeks. Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience.
