In keeping with its charitable status, Scarborough College is committed to the pursuit of educational excellence and to widening access to the College for children whose families cannot afford the payment of full fees. The following Scholarships are available:
Financially assisted places and bursaries are means tested and the criteria are as follows:
The financial assistance can be very substantial and applicant families are means tested in order to ensure that places are awarded fairly. The level of assistance is reviewed annually. Pupils in receipt of a financially assisted place must also maintain the highest standards of conduct, endeavour and commitment throughout their time at the College.
In order to apply for either a Scholarship or an Assisted Place, a full application, including Registration Form and £75 Registration Fee must have been submitted to the Admissions team. Those wishing to apply for any of the available scholarships are requested to complete the Scholarship Application Form, which can be accessed online, by clicking on the link below. All applicants will then be invited to attend the next Scholarship Day in March.

For immediate enquiries about Scholarships, Bursaries or Assisted Places please contact our Registrar or the Admissions team directly. Those wishing to apply for an Assisted Place should request an application form when making their application to join the College.
If you require more information or clarification, please contact the Registrar or the Admissions team. The Scholarships and Bursaries Committee, who review all applications, meet once every half term, so on occasions an immediate answer may not be possible, but we will always do our best to let families know as soon as possible the outcome, following the submission of an application and all scholarship exams and assessments have been undertaken.
