Human Resource Officer
The School seeks to appoint a well-qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to support College managers. Staff and manage all HR administration.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide comprehensive HR support service to the College’s managers and staff and to manage all administration processes involved in recruitment, staff and personal matters across the College.
Also required to prepare monthly payroll information for outsourced payroll provider, liasing with our Accounts team on all matters relating to staff pay, tax, pensions and all other financial matters.
Monthly uploading of pension contributions.
Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, with occasional overtime as and when required.
Previous HR administration experience essential
Associate of chartered member of CIPD is desirable.
